Estate and succession planning is more than just making a will. We at ReesLaw work with our clients and their other professional advisers to carefully and comprehensively review our clients' affairs to seek the best possible outcome for their intended beneficiaries.
As part of our estate planning and administration services, we also provide legal advice to and documentation for financial advisors, accountants and their clients in the areas of:

- Estate Planning documentation, for example, Wills creating testamentary trusts
- Other Estate Planning documentation, including Guidelines for Guardians and
- Trust Deeds
We also assist our clients to administer the estate of a deceased person. This includes obtaining a grant of probate or a grant of letters of administration, assisting the collection of estate assets, liaising with estate creditors and providing legal advice about the deceased's business affairs.
